1. Overview

MontanaFlows provides lead generation and appointment booking services exclusively for residential water treatment installers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We run digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and book appointments with homeowners seeking water treatment services. You pay a flat fee of $147 per successfully booked appointment that appears on your calendar.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due only for appointments that are successfully booked on your calendar. If a lead does not show up or is unqualified, we will replace it at no additional charge. We do not charge setup fees, retainers, or monthly subscriptions.

4. Lead Replacement Policy

If a booked appointment is a no-show or the homeowner is not genuinely interested in water treatment services, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the lead at no charge. We reserve the right to verify the details before issuing a replacement.

5. Exclusivity

We grant each installer exclusive coverage within their designated service area. We will not sell leads from your area to another water treatment installer while you are an active client.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to respond to booked appointments promptly, maintain professional conduct during consultations, and provide accurate service area and availability information so we can schedule correctly.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Any outstanding fees for confirmed booked appointments remain due upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

MontanaFlows is not liable for the closing rate, revenue, or outcomes from any booked appointment. Our obligation is to deliver pre-qualified appointments; your results depend on your sales process, pricing, and service quality.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
